Writer's Note
March is starting off with a bit of a groan but only because I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out on Friday - I'm still wondering just how "wise" of me that was - and am still recovering from the entire ordeal. But everyone from dentists to the stranger on the street insists that I'll be back to myself by this coming Friday and should not worry. I'm not worried, but I'd like Friday to get here sooner rather than later.
Aside from that self-inflicted woe, all is well. The eBook Kisses after Midnight has finally been completed and is ready for viewing, plus there are quite a few new developments peaking on the horizon. More on that in the later months...
In the past year or so, I've been getting more and more interested in the writings of Rumi, a 13th century Persian Sufi sage and poet. His words crack the soul wide open. If you're already familiar with his work you know what I mean. If you're not, be welcome and read on.
By the way, last month I put an incorrect release date in the newsletter for the upcoming book Dangerous Pleasures. The novel will actually be available February 2011, not this year as originally stated.
Take care for now, and enjoy the splendor of March with its melting snow and well-loved first signs of Spring.

The Lesbian Fiction and Lesbians in Literature Discussion with moderator Sheree Downey that happened on Tuesday, February 23rd went very well. Thank you to those who logged on to chat or just share space with us. It was a great discussion. Sheree will be doing it again with author Gerri Hill on March 23, 2010 at 8 PM. For a transcript of the discussion from last month go, here.
